Who is this for?

My classes are perfectly suited for individuals at a Beginner to Intermediate level in their yoga practice. They are thoughtfully crafted to accommodate those who are currently free from major medical issues, significant pain, injuries, or those who have not undergone any major surgeries in the last six months. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience for all participants.

Missed a Class? No Problem!

If you ever miss a class, don't worry. You will have access to the class recording for five days from the day of absence, allowing you to practice at your own time and pace.
